Pitch Pricing
Pitch.com offers several pricing plans:
-
Free Plan: This plan is free forever and includes up to 5 members. It offers unlimited presentations, AI presentation creation, custom templates, branded sharing links, and branded PDF exports. It also allows inviting 2 external guests for editing presentations.
-
Pro Plan: This plan costs $20 per month (or $17 per month if billed annually) and includes 2 editors. Extra editors can be added at $15 each (or $13 each if billed annually). It offers everything in the Free plan, plus 25 analytics links, 25 external guests, custom fonts, unbranded sharing links, unbranded PDF/PPTX exports, video uploads, interactive embeds, workspace roles, shared private folders, and a 30-day version history.
-
Business Plan: This plan costs $80 per month (or $68 per month if billed annually) and includes 5 editors. Extra editors can be added at $20 each (or $17 each if billed annually). It offers everything in the Pro plan, plus unlimited analytics links, unlimited external guests, unlimited version history, and priority support. For 30+ seats, options like SAML-based SSO and invoiced billing are available.
-
Enterprise Plan: This plan is for larger organizations with custom requirements. It offers everything in the Business plan, plus SAML-based SSO and a dedicated success manager.
All paid plans extend to the entire workspace, granting all paid members of the team access to the premium features. The Free plan remains permanently free, and the paid plans are billed per member. Users have the flexibility to choose between monthly payments or an annual subscription. Paying annually comes with a 15% discount.
Payment Method
Pitch.com relies on Stripe as the trusted payment processor. All payment details are securely handled by Stripe, ensuring that credit card data remains private.
For the Pro and Business plans, credit card payments are accepted. Other payment methods may be available for the Enterprise plan.
The billing cycle begins on the day of the upgrade and runs for either a month or a year, depending on the chosen plan. The subscription auto-renews at the end of the billing cycle. If the subscription is cancelled, the workspace will only revert to the Free plan at the end of the current cycle.
When paying monthly, the renewal invoice covers the upcoming month's cost for all members in the workspace at that moment. If new seats were added during the billing cycle, the invoice will also include pro-rated charges for the time used by these members on the previous cycle.
When paying yearly, the renewal invoice covers the cost for the entire year for all members in the workspace at that time. Monthly, the workspace's member count versus paid seats is reviewed and mid-cycle invoices for new members that don't fill existing seats are generated. These invoices arrive on the renewal date each month.
All workspace members are paid, except for commenters. There is a specific allocation of commenters included in each plan, and they do not count towards the paid seat limit.
In conclusion, Pitch.com offers a variety of payment methods and plans to suit different needs, providing flexibility and convenience for users.
